A classic activity holiday for those moderately fit, and who enjoy active pastimes. Max. altitude is circa 2,500m, aimed at anyone who enjoys the great outdoors. Cycling routes will be a mix of quieter scenic back roads, and unpaved tracks and paths. The white-water rafting is with a local professional operator, licensed with the Nepalese government. Full safety brief and safety equipment are included.

1 Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to hotel. 2 In Kathmandu; city tour. 3 Transfer to the foot-hills of the Himalayas, for your cycling adventure. 4-6 Cycling. 7 Relaxing at Lakeside, Pokhara. 8-13. 6 day "Apple Pie" Trek. 14 Local transfer, and sightseeing around Pokhara. 15-17 White water rafting. 18 Fly Kathmandu. Afternoon free. 19 In Kathmandu; visit Pashupatinath and Bodnath; optional excursions. 20 End of Tour, optional excursion, return home.
